I'm hard of hearing (very)
and have just purchased one on the recommendation of the NHS audio department.
The inbuilt audio loop simply blows my mind.
At last I can have a conversation on the telephone not having to ask the people to repeat themselves four or five times
A good idea : Fit a telly loop to a standard car GPS system and you'll make my day. Probably 90,000 other people as well.
